CIVIL’S IAS was co-founded by Ms. Shilpa Mishra, who has completed her Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, and has been in the academic field since 2013.
She was trained as an engineer, but her passion for teaching drove her toward guiding aspirants for the civil service. As the institution’s director, she is concerned that youth education must be characterized not only by sound knowledge but also by a positive sense of ethical values.
The purpose of education is not just to provide a bunch of information but also to develop humane and sensitive citizens. At CIVIL’S IAS, we ensure that a friendly environment for learning is maintained while making sure that civil service aspirants have enough opportunities to develop their personal and interpersonal skills require to clear UPSC and SPSC.
